Web Tracking Warrior

Pave the way to enable a data driven culture in a high demand vital role

If you are an experienced Web Analytics Developer and have a passion to build tracking solutions across multiple platforms, then we are looking for you as the next member of our Digital Tribe.

We are accelerating the digital journey in YouSee, taking a radical innovative approach. We have established our Digital Warehouse as a "start-up-like" environment, where business experts, software engineers, and user experience designers works side-by-side. Together, we rapidly reinvent the digital experience for our customers. We leverage modern agile development techniques (inspired by Spotify), best-in-class technology, and the best coffee in town. In YouSee, we are proud to be the leading provider of communication and entertainment solutions in Denmark and our website is one of the most visited sites in the country. To stay in the leading position, it is critical for us to bring new ideas to market constantly. With the Digital Warehouse we make that possible.

We expect that you have a least 3-4 years' experience working preferably as an Adobe analytics developer and several years' experience in tag management systems, ideally Tealium. We need you to be quality focused, GDPR compliant, customer oriented, and fixated on testing and validating tracking solutions. You need to be curious and collaborative, having a keen ability to listen to Product Owners, Designers and Analysts and translate their needs to tracking solutions.

As our Web Tracking Warrior, you will create the foundation of all insight and leave each day knowing you have fueled countless business decisions and made a difference fulfilling customer's wishes and demands. Hence, you must be willing to break out of forming solutions from just Adobe and share a vision of marrying customer intelligence, survey tracking and IT application diagnostics with web visit behavior. In addition, you must enable our talented analysts to extract new metrics that will be used to bring value to our customers. We will depend on your curiosity to be multi-skilled, at times as a firefighter, designer, architect, developer, business-analyst, and consultant. You ideally have a bachelor- or master's degree in software engineering, computer science or anything that makes zeros and ones dance willingly to your tunes.

We offer you an inspiring, fun place to work and a playground of Rolls Royce tools to engage with including Adobe Analytics and Target, Tealium, IBM Tealeaf, Oracle DMP, Hotjar, Survey Xact, App Dynamics and more! You will be among a 150+ member Tribe who appreciate and respect your unique contribution. We will provide you with access to qualified consultants and inspirational opportunities - so you should never be in lack of skilled sparring partners. Moreover, your management will encourage you to explore and help you to personally grow while forming a custom development plan. Together with your fellow squad members within Analytics, Center of Excellence, you will have the mandate to come up with new disruptive solutions and build tracking capabilities on latest technology. In the Digital Warehouse, we celebrate successes and believe decisions are best taken in squads - not in top management teams. We also provide you with free sodas, a gym to burn the sugar, broadband, TV, and a Mobil Voice subscription so you can stream the "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" again and again on all your devices, to your hearts content.

Submit your application! We do interviews continiously as we need you now. We will come back to you as soon as possible after receiving your application. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Head of Analytics Center of Excellence, Robert Johnson, on +45 20 16 60 40.
