Digital Tracking Architect

Pave the way to enable a data driven culture for YouSee

Our needs of a Digital Tracking Architect are characterized by a strong desire to raise the bar on the sophistication of insight.  We aspire to instill a data-driven, development culture and need to merge online behavior with many other data points scattered around company.  You will pave the way to enable this data driven culture within YouSee.

This role is positioned within YouSee’s unique Digital Warehouse, where business experts, software engineers, analysts and user experience designers work with Agile methodologies, side-by-side, in a “start-up like” environment. We refer to our business unit as a “Tribe” where our ambition is to rapidly reinvent the digital experience for our customers. 

You have the following experience:   

· Over 3 years working with tracking architecture, implementation, and analysis with enterprise systems such as Adobe or GA360 

· Working with or administrating any of the following tools: Adobe Analytics, GA360, Tealium Tag Management, IBM Tealeaf, Oracle DMP, Survey Xact – will all be a plus

· A keen ability to understand business drivers, analytic needs and translate them to both tracking code and technical briefs to other colleagues 

· Ability to translate sales and service KPI’s in technical terms to monitor e-commerce and customer satisfaction performance 

· Proven ability to analyze, validate, error correct existing tracking solutions to be able to account for our digital data accuracy 

· Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot digital data capturing issues, document Root Cause Analysis and share findings with stakeholders

You will be expected to:

· Design tracking solutions to enable basic and advanced segmentation

· Enable personalized and omnichannel communication onsite and offsite

· Enable tracking of leads, customer acquisition, engagement, sales and service experience 

· Provide technical support to enable surveys, adjusting sampling rate and rules for execution

· Deploy 3rd party tracking implementation for external media and paid advertising traffic

· Administrate and configure Tealium and several other systems that provide tracking and insight 

· Develop our universal data layer as well as troubleshooting, debugging, validation, and coding 

· Provide tracking specifications, maintain an update tracking documentation
