Working with agile environments
As a digital recruiter in Nuuday, you will be part of a great tech setup where we embrace digitization and innovate the way we work. It is essential that you get to know how the business functions so that you can use that knowledge in your recruitment and employer branding work.
You will be part of our Talent Acquisition team in Nuuday and in our current setup, you will be responsible for recruitments to Digital Business Tribe and our TV Lab, which is part of our Digital organization. So, if terms such as microservices, cloud infrastructure, ci/cd, devops & agile way of working sounds appealing to you, we are more than eager to hear from you.
Being both a recruiter and communicator
In Nuuday, you will work with recruitment and employer branding. Hence, it is key that you can master and juggle the two disciplines at the same time. It might be that you are stronger in either recruitment or communication, but we expect you to have both disciplines at heart. Either way, we are looking for a new colleague who:
Has strong search & selection and interview skills, preferably within tech
Can come up with ideas on creating talent pipelines
Can build and uphold a trustworthy relation to the best and most attractive digital talents in the industry
Is excellent at building a network across a huge company with many stakeholders and who is a dedicated team player
Knows his or her employer branding toolbox, including hosting (tech) events, writing articles, job ads, etc.
Has good communication skills – also in writing – and is fluent in both Danish and English
Might have a background in HR or communication, but in general we value experience over education
