Talent Project Lead

We are looking for a Talent Project Lead in TDC Group to be part of our journey in building 2 new companies: Nuuday and NetCo. We are looking for an energetic and business-oriented HR professional who will play a vital role in building HR concepts and driving large-scale strategic projects together with stakeholders on all levels in both companies.
TDC Group – People Development
You will be part of our People Development team who support and drive HR strategic initiatives in both Nuuday and NetCo as well as TDC Group. You will report directly to the SVP for People Development with close collaboration to our CEO and executive management team in TDC Group. Our role in TDC Group is to support the transformation to secure that we have 2 new and strong organisations.
Stakeholder management is KEY!
We are looking for a strong HR professional who understands the business and who naturally can navigate among stakeholders on all levels. You’ve probably heard it before – but we are not doing HR for the sake of HR – but driving projects and focusing on agendas that contributes to our business growth. It is therefore key that you understand to translate business needs to clear people initiatives and actions.
Project management with a strong drive – delivering with high quality
We are looking for a strong project lead who has:
- A clear understanding of HR concepts and processes
- High execution skills
- A strong balance between creativity and strong business acumen when developing concepts
- In-depth experience with performance management, talent management and leadership development
- Updated knowledge on new people concepts and trends
So, what are you exactly going to do?
Some of the tasks that you will have full exposure to right from the beginning are:
- Evaluating, adjusting and preparing our performance management setup for our yearly review for launch to approx. 7000 employees
- Developing and implementing a new leadership model
- Talent management – increasing mobility and retaining key critical talents
- Initiatives to support our new front-runner culture
We are looking for a senior profile with minimum 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record from larger corporations.
Fluently in Danish & English is a requirement.
